10 stories of woman survival 1/10
Absolutely all the Survival blogs and online commerce retailers are written by men for men. Frankly, it’s appalling. Looks like women don’t exist in their word. Or worst, looks like only men have the survival desire beneath their skins.
How about us?
Not only women have the same survival desire than men, but we also have the RIGHT to survival and the MEANS to prove we can survive, even if men are NOT around to “protect” us.
Actually, we don’t need men for protection. We are grown-ups, and we are perfectly capable of taking care of ourselves, find the right stories, the right products and thrive in a harsh environment.
That is why I have decided to start this blog with 10 stories of amazing women who survived against all odds and without any help from the opposite sex.
The survival stories of those 10 women should be taken as a freedom beacon and help us empower ourselves, our sisters and our daughters. That’s why I invite you to share those survival women’s stories on social media and to show others what we can do when nobody is watching us.
Hiking can be a dangerous activity, even if you’re qualified to do it. The day Amy Recina though she was prepared to go on a walk through King’s Canyon National Park, she unexpectedly got herself off the trail. But that was not all: the ridge she was walking on suddenly gave way. She fell 60 feet and broke her 2 legs. Shockingly, she stayed conscious and started a 4-day journey to survival. Se eventually pulled herself along the ground with her hands until finally catching the attention of a half-deaf hiker who caught her calls for help and organized an airlift out.
